The green beans ripen fresh, they would be missed from the weekend menu. We offer soup for the family and delicious food for the baby.
Green bean soup with basil and parmesan cheeseHozzбvalуk
2 deca butter
three cloves of garlic
50 deka zцld pods of beans
1 liter green leaf
10 deca parmesan cheese
a tablespoon of fresh basil cut into small pieces

for serving: one tablespoon of natural yogurt, a little extra parmesan and a grissini for two
I melt the butter in butter, boiling a liter of water in the soup cube. The garlic falls into the butter, and I sip it on low heat. You can go into the green bean, which I mix thoroughly with garlic butter. I cook it for a couple of minutes, during which time I dissolve the broth cubes in the hot water (mostly one-half liter of water, maybe two in this case). I cover the beans with the base and cook for about ten minutes on medium heat or until softened, but the color still does not completely disappear. When the beans are soft, I remove the toast from the heat, purée the soup with a botmixer, then dip in the parmesan, add the basil, and taste and pepper. I can eat it fresh with hot little yogurt, extra grated parmesan and grissini, or with wheat or the same in cold ice.
For the baby's food: A handful of green beans with potatoes, a little garlic and a leaf of basil in a few minutes I cook over steam. I add two tablespoons of the frying pan to the greens and then try to make some cheese. You can give it from the age of 8 months. More recipes can be found here.
